Hi! I'm Dr. Bianca Beldini, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Acupuncturist. I've been in the health and wellness profession since graduating PT school in 1997. I've dedicated my career to helping others get out of pain, finding movement, and embracing health. As a competitive triathlete, 9/11 survivor and entrepreneur, I've learned the art of the pivot, especially during the pandemic. This website is my pivot. Welcome to Sundala Center for Wellness in Nyack, NY (Rockland county). We are an integrative practice dedicated to providing elite, one-on-one, holistic, patient-centered care. We offer a modern approach to ancient medicine. We specialize in treating muscular dysfunction and pain while uniquely combining Acupuncture techniques, Dry Needling / Trigger point release, soft tissue mobilization, and functional corrective actions through a filter known as The Sundala Method™.

Dr. Beldini has a profound knowledge of structural Anatomy, movement assessment skills and trigger point / dry needling techniques. The goal with each patient is to achieve pain-free functionality, a return to daily living and/or sports with a new found appreciation of how unique one is on their own healing journey.
