I’m your Doctor of Physical Therapy, Acupuncturist, Master Dry Needler, and Functional Wellness Practitioner.

I’m nationally board certified through the NCCAOM and hold numerous educational certifications for fitness (golf, triathlon, swimming, running) and functional wellness (holistic nutrition and functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner programs).

I’ve been in the health, wellness and fitness industry for over 25 years, and I’m here to help you reach your optimal health.
